Madeline Anthony is an author and artist who writes bios in the third person because it feels somehow less self-aggrandizing that way. Her favorite thing to do is to write fiction that creates some kind of meaning in this world with strong characters that she falls in love with and learns from along the way. She began her career in journalism where she wrote for various outlets throughout New York City including The United Nations Press Corps, NewsCorps, The Brooklyn Paper and Curve Magazine. She now works in the publishing industry.  When she is not writing, she can be found painting intensely, ferociously reading, advocating for abortion access, and unapologetically advancing the gay agenda. She is currently represented by Marisa Zeppieri-Caruana at The Strachan Literary Agency.
